In this 55-minute workout fit for any King or Queen, there are many different segments including: Standing, Planking, Pilates, even a Ba-thigh segment. What does, "Ba-thigh" mean? You will simply have to partake and find out. You've climbed the ranks to the top achieving over 600 movements in this workout.

Destress & Stretch #1:
Filmed on white sandy beaches, with the sound of tranquil waves rolling to the shore, relax and stretch with a full body workout that will leave you renewed and revived.

Destress & Stretch #2:
In order to improve your performance and to help relax your mind, this class was created just for you! All levels can enjoy this 30-minute class full of breathing, stretching and releasing unnecessary tension. Complete with a pelvic-floor strengthening section and a guided-meditation guaranteed to leave the busiest person feeling balanced and peaceful.
